Office Manager

Prestigious professional services firm in downtown Columbia is seeking an experienced Office Manager.  This position has responsibility for monthly closing process, accounts payable, billing. accounts receivable, payroll, routine human resource functions, special projects, and various nonrecurring tasks.   Reports to Chief Financial Officer and supervises various team members.  Superb work environment.

Successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of accounting/HR experience in a professional services environment (e.g., law firm, medical office, architectural/engineering firm, investment advisory firm, CPA firm).  Experience should include basic proficiency in accounting and human resources.  Must also be proficient with technology, possess a positive and upbeat demeanor, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
