Top Lexington County company is seeking a high-level Project Coordinator to serve as the right-hand person to the Project Manager on construction engagements. The Project Coordinator will interact with project engineers and project accountants in maintaining complete and accurate records for multiple jobs. Specific duties may include following up with subcontractor and material supplier compliance, establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with company personnel, maintaining updated job status report, and providing administrative support as needed.
Our client is seeking a candidate with several years of work experience as Project Administrator/Project Coordinator in a construction environment. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with construction management software such as Viewpoint. Some college strongly preferred. Successful candidate must demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, good organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and interest in working in a collaborative, congenial team environment.
