Senior Director of Finance

Have a heart for service?  Established over 50 years ago, our client is a well-established, non-profit agency providing vocational and residential services to adults with lifelong disabilities.  This opportunity will report directly to the Executive Vice President, supervise a staff of 3 directly and a total department of 16, and be responsible for managing and directing the finance and IT functions, including responsibility for creating financial policies and long-term programs.  Will also be responsible for establishing effective controls and processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements and other duties as required.  Ideal candidate must possess CPA with solid experience in auditing, internal controls, and supervision.  Must have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, payroll experience, solid computer skills, the ability to develop financial data, and the experience to manage accounting staff.

Base salary to $100K.
